Qualification

Experience

Minimum 4 years experience in PSU or commercial organisation in senior managerial level or 4 years service in government scale of Rs 12000-375-16500 with grade pay Rs 7600 / Rs 32900-58000 (IDA).

Salary

Rs 72274 per month.

02. Assistant General Manager - General (1)

Qualification

Post graduate degree in Second Class ideally in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Relations.

Experience

Six years service in government of which minimum three years should be in scale of less than Rs 15600 (CDA_ with grade pay Rs 6600 / RS 20600 (IDA).

OR

Six years experience in PSU/ Commercial organisation out of which three years should be in a post with salary not less than RS 45700 cda/ Rs 46500 ida per month including DA.

Salary

Rs 41658 per month.

03. Assistant General Manager - Accounts (2)

Qualification

Post graduate degree with Second Class in commerce or business administration with specialization in finance or accounting from a reputed institution or a member of the institute of chartered accountants or of the institute of cost & works accountants.

Experience

Three years service in central government or subordinate accounts service (SAS) with six years service in salary not less than Rs 15600 cda with grade pay 6600 /rs 20600 ida.

OR

Six years experience in a PSU or commercial organisation in a position of salary not less than Rs 45700 cda / Rs 46500 ida per month inclusive of dearness allowance.

Salary

Rs 41658 per month.

04. Assistant General Manager - Technical (1)

Qualification

Post graduate degree with Second Class in Agriculture with Entomology, Microbiology or Biochemistry.

OR

Post graduate degree with Second Class in Bio chemistry or microbiology.

OR

PG Degree with IInd Class in Zoology with Entomology.

Experience

Six years service in union government out of which 3 years should in a post drawing salary not less than Rs 15600 cda with grade pay of Rs 6600 / Rs 20600 ida .

OR

Six years experience in PSU or commercial organisation in a position of salary greater than Rs 455700 cda / Rs 46500 ida per month including da for three years.

Salary

Rs 41658 per month.

05. Manager - General (7)

Qualification

PG Degree ideally in Economics,Commerce, Business Administration or Industrial Relations.

Experience

Four years experience in union govt in the scale more than Rs 15600 cda with grade Rs 5400 or Rs 20600 ida.

OR

Six years experience in union government in the salary greater than Rs 9300 cda with grade pay Rs 4600 or Rs 16400 ida or related experience at similiar levels in PSU / commercial firms and receiving a salary greater than Rs 44500 cda / Rs 46500 ida per month including DA.

06. Manager - Technical (1)

Qualification

PG Degree with Second Class in Agriculture with Entomology or Microbiology .

OR

PG Degree with Second Class in Biochemistry or Microbiology.

OR

PG Degree with Second Class in Zoology with Entomology.

Experience

Four years experience in union government drawing a salary scale greater than Rs 9300 cda with grade pay Rs 4600 or Rs 16400 ida.

OR

07. Manager - Accounts (4)

Qualification

Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Costs & Works Accountant with two years experience.

OR

Second Class degree in commerce or business administration with specialization in finance or accounts from reputed institution with four years experience and getting salary more than Rs 44500 cda/ rs 46500 oda per month including DA.

Salary

Rs 34464 per month.

Maximum Age

40 years.

08. Manager - Hindi (1)

Qualification

Master degree or equivalent in Hindi with english as a subject at degree level.

OR

Masters degree in English with hindi as a subject at degree level.

OR

Masters degree in any subject with English and Hindi as subjects at degree level.

OR

Masters degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at degree level.

OR

Masters degree in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at degree level.

Experience.

• Five years experience of terminological work in Hindi.
• Translation from English to Hindi or vice versa preferably of technical or scientific literature.

  Five years teaching, research, writing or journalism in Hindi.

Desirable Qualification

• Knowledge of Sanskrit or modern indian language.
• Administrative Experience.
• Experience of organising hindi classes and workshops for noting and drafting.
