4. Law Officer (12)
Qualification
3 year full time course Law Degree after graduation or Five year Law degree after Plus two with minimum sixty percent marks aggregate through out (55 for SC/st/disabled candidates).
Experience
One year experience as practicing advocate or in a reputed law firm or company.
AND
Experience drafting agreements, preparing court/arbitration papers, briefing counsel etc covering the law related to contracts, sale of goods, transfer of property, intellectual property and consumer protection.Exposure to cyber law and competition law would be a plus.
OR
Experience drafting agreements, handling cases before courts, tribunals, conciliation officers, briefing counsel etc. covering various labour legislation (such as ID Act, contract labour (R&A) Act, minimum wages act), experience in handling statutory compliance related issues.
