Graduation in any disciplines of Arts, commerce & science excluding engineering with not less than fifty five percent marks.OR
Post Graduation in any discipline mentioned above with computer operational knowledge.
OR
Graduation in Engineering with knowledge in computer operations.Ability to speak, write and read in Tamil language.
