1. Head Marketing
Qualification
- MBA with minimum twelve years of experience in Pharma Ethical/ FMCG/ Ayurveda/ Health Care Marketing.
- Should be capable to head marketing functions of the company and should have excellent knowledge and track record in conceptualizing & implementing marketing strategies.
2. Product Manager
Qualification
- MBA/ BPharm, with minimum seven years experience in Ethical Product management function.
- Should have strong knowledge in Brand Management & Product Training.
3. Manager Marketing
Qualification
- MBA with five to seven years of experience in Health Care Marketing.
- Should have expertise in designing Marketing and Sales Promotional Plans, Brand Development Activities, Market Research and Analysis.
4. HR Manager
Qualification
- MBA or equivalent with minimum seven years experience in HR and Administration.
- Should be a good communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to independently handle the HR & IR functions of the company.
