Qualification
Post graduation in Sociology / MSW / Demography / Commerce or MBA with exposure to social projects. They should possess research aptitude, Computer know how and exposure to statistical packages like SPSS.Good writing skill, ability to speak fluently in English and Malayalam and readiness to travel.Maximum Age
