1. Chief Consultant (One)
Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a recognised institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as Chef in three star and above rated hotel.
- Working knowledge of multi-cuisine (Continental and Oriental).
- Working experience as chef in a luxury hotel abroad is desirable.
Age
Between 25 and 55 years.
Contract Period
1 year.
