KTDC is the largest hotel chain in Kerala owned by the Government of Kerala.

1. Chief Consultant (One)


Qualification


Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a recognised institution.

Experience


  • Minimum 5 years experience as Chef in three star and above rated hotel.
  • Working knowledge of multi-cuisine (Continental and Oriental).
  • Working experience as chef in a luxury hotel abroad is desirable.

Age


Between 25 and 55 years.



Contract Period


1 year.
