Graduation
Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science or Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in personnel management, Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare or MSW of the Kerala University with specialization in Personnel Management or equivalent qualification to MSW recognized by Kerala University.
Adequate knowledge in Malayalam.

Experience

5 years experience in Personnel Management in any commercial undertaking or Government owned companies of government departments after qualifying the prescribed examination.

Maximum Age

45 years.

Salary

Scale of Rs 12930 - 20250.
