Qualification
- Master's Degree in Agricultue, Botany, Chemistry or Rubber / Polymer Technology.
- 10 years experience in Human Resource Development in Government / Autonomous Bodies /
- Public Sector Undertakings or Limited COmpanies out of which minimum 5 years should be in a senior position.
Desirable Qualification
- Post graduate degree / diploma in management of a recognised institute or university.
- Experience in planning, organising and implementing training programmes related to rubber.
- Doctorate Degree in any of the above subjects.

Anwhere in India.Salary
Rs 15600 - 39100 PB3 with grade pay of Rs 7600.
Maximum Age
