One year experience as Chief Engineer / Second Engineer on board of a foreign going ship.

4. Pilot Class I (3)
Qualification
- Certificate of competency as Master of Foreign going ship issued by the ministry of shipping, government of india or similiar qualification recognized by the ministry of shipping , government of india.
- One year experience as Master / Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.
