Qualification
Pass in CA/ICWA or Two years full time MBA with specialization in HR with minimum fifty five percent marks (50 for SC/ST/disabled applicants).
HR (11)
Qualification
Graduate degree with Two years full time MBA or post graduate diploma with specialization in HR or Personnel with minimum fifty five percent marks (50 for SC/ST/disabled applicants).
Safety (04)
Qualification
Full time Graduate degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and full time Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized under Industrial Safety or Factory's Act with minimum fifty five percent marks (50 for SC/ST/disabled applicants).
Geology (05)
Qualification
Full time MSC or MTech degree in Geology or Applied Geology, Geophysics with Engineering Geology as a main subject or MSc / MTech in Engineering Geology with minimum fifty five percent marks (50 for SC/ST/disabled applicants).
Architecture (02)
Qualification
Full time graduate degree in Architecture from a recognized university or institute of India with minimum fifty five percent marks (50 for SC/ST/disabled applicants).
Company Secretarial (1)
Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline (Law and MBA preferred).
- Qualified Company Secretary with pass in the exam.
- Membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India.
Training Period
12 months.
Salary
- Basic Pay of Rs 20600 and IDA during training.
- Scale of Rs 24900 - 50500.
Maximum Age
30 years.
